Peach Please Frozé Slushy

There's nothing quite like a refreshing slushy on a hot summer day, and this Peach Please Frozé recipe is the perfect blend of fruity and refreshing. Made with a combination of Rosé wine, Peach Please tea, and fresh peaches, this drink is sure to become a summer staple.

One of the best things about this recipe is that it's super easy to make. All you need is a blender, a few simple ingredients, and a little bit of time to let the tea steep. Here's how to make it:

Servings: 6 People or Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 2-4 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 2-4 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) Rosé, or white wine
  • ½ bottle (500ml) Peach Please tea
  • 4 cups frozen peach slices

Instructions:

  1. Peach and thyme syrup: Bring 3/4 cup water, fresh peaches, honey, and thyme to a boil in a small pot. Simmer for 5 minutes, until the peaches are very soft. (No need to remove the peach skin.)

  2. Remove from the heat and strain through a mesh strainer into a glass jar. Chill.

  3. Steeping the tea: Fill a luxe cold brew tea mesh infuser with 3-4 tablespoons of Peach Please loose-leaf tea. Add 850ml of water to your bottle (the bottle can hold up to 1000ml when the mesh infuser is not inserted). Add your mesh infuser to the water and steep for 8-12 hours in the fridge.

  4. Preparing the frozé (slushy): In a blender, combine the frozen peaches, wine, iced tea, peach thyme syrup, and 1/2 cup of ice. Blend until slushy. Add additional wine and tea to thin out the slush.

  5. Pour into glasses and serve with fresh peach slices and thyme sprigs. Serve cold.

Notes and Substitutions:

  • For a stronger drink, add 1/2 to 1 cup vodka.
  • If you're not a fan of thyme, you can replace it with mint or rosemary.

Overall, this Peach Please Frozé recipe is a delicious and refreshing way to enjoy the summer months. Whether you're hosting a backyard BBQ or just looking for a refreshing drink to enjoy on your own, this recipe is sure to be a hit. So why not give it a try and see for yourself?
